RGA Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pro Ledger mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1 Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: We collect your email address or phone number strictly for authentication purposes via Google Firebase. We do not sell this data.
  • Financial Data: Transaction records, client names, and expense details are stored securely in the cloud (Firebase Firestore) to sync across your devices.
  • Camera & Images: The App requests camera access to allow you to take photos of receipts. These images are stored locally on your device or privately in your cloud storage.
  • Device Information: We may collect non-personal device information (model, OS version) for crash reporting and app optimization.

2 Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Play Services: For core app functionality.
  • AdMob: To display advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded). AdMob may use your advertising ID to serve personalized ads.
  • Firebase Authentication: To manage user logins securely.

3 Permissions

  • CAMERA: Required to capture receipt images.
  • INTERNET: Required for cloud sync and serving ads.
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to send you payment reminders, daily summaries, and budget alerts.

4 Deletion of Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. You can delete your account directly within the App settings, which will remove all your personal data from our servers immediately.
